Anna Crouch is a program administrator for the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Division of Energy Resources. She currently runs the Electric School Bus grants, Ultraefficient Vehicle grant, Large Building Benchmarking program and Geothermal Planning grants, having led the state’s EV Rebate program previously. Anna focuses on electrification of the key infrastructure that all Minnesotans interact with every day, the built environment and transportation, through supportive grantmaking and technical assistance to institutions such as school districts, large building owners, and municipalities. She graduated with a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs in 2021.
