Becky Brink Ray is the Director of Workforce Development for Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota where she leads strategy, partnership development, and funding for industry-driven training programs across construction, business, financial services, transportation, and clean energy sectors. Most recently, she has helped advance solar workforce initiatives through the Goodwill Clean Tech Accelerator™ (GCTA), a nationally recognized model that prepares individuals for in-demand careers in the clean energy economy.

Through her work, Becky has built and strengthened partnerships with employers, educators, and community organizations to align workforce training with evolving labor market needs.
