Myrika Schneider is the Director of Workforce Development for the Minnesota Precision Manufacturing Association (MPMA), where she leads employer-driven initiatives that strengthen Minnesota’s manufacturing talent pipeline and connect companies with the skilled workforce they need to grow. She oversees grant-funded programs, career pathway development, and partnerships across education, workforce, community, and industry organizations.

Drawing on more than 20 years of people, project, and organizational leadership, Myrika advances programs that expand access to manufacturing careers, train incumbent workers, build registered apprenticeships, and forge stronger connections between job seekers and Minnesota manufacturers. Her practical, collaborative approach ensures workforce strategies keep pace with emerging technologies and industries, helping employers prepare for the future while opening accessible pathways to high-quality careers for Minnesotans.
