Scott Harrison is a Senior Manager of Fleet Solutions at Highland Electric Fleets. For more than five years, he has helped school districts of every size bring electric school buses and charging infrastructure through long-term public-private partnerships. Scott works with districts from the earliest stages of a project, designing electrification partnerships built to succeed over the long term. To date, he has helped deliver more than 300 electric school buses to districts across the Midwest.
